Talent & Placement Specialist •⁠ ⁠Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manager – Placements & Industry Partnerships to lead the placement efforts for our learners at EdduCodeyaya. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with companies, secure job and internship opportunities, and prepare students for successful career transitions in the digital marketing industry. -Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Develop and implement a strategic placement plan aligned with industry trends. •⁠ ⁠⁠Build and maintain partnerships with companies, agencies, startups, and recruiters. •⁠ ⁠⁠Identify job and internship opportunities for learners across various digital marketing roles. •⁠ ⁠⁠Organize placement drives, campus recruitment events, and virtual job fairs. •⁠ ⁠⁠Prepare learners for interviews through resume reviews, mock interviews, and soft skills training. •⁠ ⁠⁠Track placement progress and maintain detailed placement records and reports. •⁠ ⁠⁠Collaborate with the training team to align curriculum with industry demands. •⁠ ⁠⁠Represent the institute in industry forums, networking events, and employer meetings. •⁠ ⁠⁠Ensure high placement success rates and learner satisfaction. -Required Skills & Qualifications: •⁠ ⁠MBA (HR, Marketing, or similar discipline) •⁠ ⁠1–2 years of experience in placement, corporate relations, or recruitment (preferably in the education or edtech sector) •⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills •⁠ ⁠Familiarity with digital marketing roles and industry needs is a plus •⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and take ownership of placement outcomes Show more Show less
