Talent & Experience Rockstar
Employee Experience & Culture (40%)
- Design and run initiatives that make Network Science a workplace people brag about.
- Own onboarding, engagement, learning pathways, and performance rhythms.
- Build rituals that strengthen culture communication cadences, feedback loops, celebrations, and recognition systems.
- Drive programs for wellness, growth, and psychological safety.
Talent Acquisition and retention (30%)
- Own the full-cycle hiring engine sourcing, assessing, closing, and onboarding.
- Build hiring funnels across Product, AI Engineering, Sales, Operations & Leadership.
- Create compelling job narratives, assessment frameworks, and talent scorecards.
- Run hiring sprints with speed, precision, and candidate delight.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pool and referral ecosystem.
Workplace Administration & Employee Welfare (20%)
- Ensure the office runs with elite operational efficiency facilities, vendors, security, housekeeping, and hospitality.
- Own travel, events, offsites, and logistics with zero-error execution.
- Manage employee resources devices, assets, compliance checklists, and office upkeep.
- Be the SPOC for employee welfare matters, reimbursements, and support needs.
People Systems & Documentation (10%)
- Build and maintain our People OS policies, frameworks, handbooks, and process documents.
- Create dashboards for hiring metrics, engagement metrics, retention risk, and admin SLAs.
- Run people operations through smart tools (Notion, Slack, Trello, HRMS, ATS etc.).
Must-Have Qualifications
- 246 years of experience across Talent Acquisition + People Operations + Admin/Workplace.
- Proven ability to run recruitment independently end-to-end.
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills (for JDs, branding, culture comms).
- Experience working under fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- High empathy with high performance you care about people AND outcomes.
- Deep ownership mindset; you love fixing problems before they are noticed.
Good-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in tech, AI, consulting, or startup environments.
- Exposure to culture-building, internal communications, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with collaboration/workflow tools (Notion, Slack, Trello, Figma, HRMS).
- Experience creating people analytics dashboards or running engagement programs.
- Prior experience handling office operations or employee welfare programs.
