Talent Analytics & AI Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for unlocking insights with AI by using Oracle Analytics Cloud and AI to explore recruiting and talent data, spot trends, predict outcomes, and recommend data-driven strategies. Additionally, you will design, build, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI systems, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and large-scale search. Your role will also involve transforming the recruitment experience using AI, turning complex findings into clear, actionable insights, building meaningful data models, creating engaging visual dashboards, collaborating across teams, shaping a data-driven culture, staying ahead of AI and analytics trends, and driving the development of AI tools for recruiting.
