Role Overview: You will be responsible for unlocking insights with AI by using Oracle Analytics Cloud and AI to explore recruiting and talent data, spot trends, predict outcomes, and recommend data-driven strategies. Additionally, you will design, build, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI systems, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and large-scale search. Your role will also involve transforming the recruitment experience using AI, turning complex findings into clear, actionable insights, building meaningful data models, creating engaging visual dashboards, collaborating across teams, shaping a data-driven culture, staying ahead of AI and analytics trends, and driving the development of AI tools for recruiting. Key Responsibilities: - Apply AI and analytics to generate insights and recommendations - Translate numbers into compelling narratives through data storytelling - Utilize strong analytical skills for data modeling, visualization (especially Oracle Analytics Cloud), and interpreting complex datasets - Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Demonstrate problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ethical AI practices - Implement Artificial Intelligence techniques for advanced analytics and data-driven insights - Perform data storytelling by translating findings into compelling narratives - Apply analytical thinking by extracting, processing, and interpreting large datasets - Create data visualization using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) - Python experience is a plus Qualifications: - Career Level: IC3 Note: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted as they do not contain specific information relevant to the job role.
