Talent Analytics & AI Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for unlocking insights with AI using Oracle Analytics Cloud and AI to explore recruiting and talent data, spot trends, predict outcomes, and recommend data-driven strategies. Your focus will be on designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI systems with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and large-scale search. Additionally, you will transform the recruitment experience using AI, understand the challenges and opportunities in talent acquisition, turn complex findings into clear, actionable insights, build meaningful data models, create engaging visual dashboards, collaborate across teams, shape a culture powered by data and analytics, stay ahead of AI and analytics trends, and drive the development of AI tools for recruiting solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Use AI and analytics to generate insights and recommendations. - Translate numbers into compelling narratives for data storytelling. - Apply strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, visualization (especially Oracle Analytics Cloud), and interpreting complex datasets. - Demonstrate clear communication skills and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Approach problem-solving with a mindset of framing questions, testing ideas, and finding solutions. - Utilize critical thinking to question assumptions and ensure reliable conclusions. - Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices in all solutions. - Implement Artificial Intelligence techniques for advanced analytics and data-driven insights. - Translate findings into compelling narratives for data storytelling. - Extract, process, and interpret large datasets for analytical thinking. - Utilize data visualization with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). - Python experience is a plus.
