Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse roster of actors, ranging from emerging talents to established names - Identify, present, and finalize strategic partnerships with brands and platforms that align with the career trajectories of your talent - Skillfully negotiate various deals, whether it's securing a brand campaign or negotiating an OTT lead role - Cultivate meaningful relationships with industry stakeholders including casting directors, brand representatives, agencies, and more - Stay updated on industry trends, casting opportunities, and emerging developments to anticipate future opportunities - Efficiently manage schedules, campaigns, content shoots, PR requests, and other essential tasks to ensure smooth operations - Generate new opportunities not only for the talent but also for the agency as a whole Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent or celebrity management, preferably with a focus on actors - Established network within the entertainment and brand domains - Experience handling high-pressure situations, last-minute projects, complex negotiations, while maintaining composure - Proficient in Bollywood and digital culture, including knowledge of industry trends, prominent personalities, and evolving dynamics - Strong communication skills with a keen ability to listen effectively - Ability to balance assertiveness and adaptability in various situations - Business acumen to identify potential opportunities before they materialize Additional Details about Ohana: Joining Ohana means more than just managing schedules; it entails creating a collaborative environment.
