Job Description We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Talent Advisors to join our team. The role involves engaging with candidates, verifying their information, and contributing to process quality and efficiency through strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities. 1: Candidate Interaction and Verification Conduct 80-100 calls daily to: Verify candidate details such as experience, skills, and contact information. Perform basic resume screening to understand qualifications and job role suitability. Accurately document all updates in the system to maintain data integrity. 2: Profile Screening and Skill Mapping Identify candidate roles and skills through detailed discussions. 3: Quality/QC Ensure data accuracy and completeness for all candidate profiles. Cross-check candidate details against system requirements. Provide insights on patterns or discrepancies identified during verification. 4: SOS Management Address candidates and client queries and concerns promptly. Resolve issues or escalate SOS (Special Outreach Support) cases to the appropriate team. Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during sensitive interactions. 5: Expression of Interest (EOI) Ensure timely responses to EOI submissions to keep candidates engaged. Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide regular updates on EOI responses.
