Talent Advisor - Contract Role

As a Technical Recruiter at our company, your role will involve proactively sourcing candidates through various channels such as social media, networking events, job boards, and employee referrals. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for niche skills like backend development, AI services, big data, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will understand business needs, offer market insights, and create customized sourcing strategies. Building and maintaining talent pipelines across JAPAC regions like India, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and Indonesia will be a crucial aspect of your role.
