Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will serve as a frontline leader overseeing end-to-end recruitment operations within a designated geographical region. Your role involves ensuring that hiring targets are met and job qualifications are fulfilled. You will continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders and internal departments to identify hiring needs and target candidate profiles - Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, endorsements, and pre-boarding - Ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements and maintain the quality of hires - Propose and implement strategies to address hiring demands and improve candidate quality - Delegate recruitment tasks and enforce adherence to timelines to meet hiring targets - Monitor hiring progress through close coordination with team members and operational partners - Uphold recruitment standards by ensuring compliance with processes, policies, and procedures - Oversee data gathering and reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the TA team - Coach, mentor, and train team members to support their development - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders - Support the TA Manager and/or Global Head in executing strategic and innovative initiatives - Act as the point of contact in the absence of the TA Manager and/or Global Head of Talent Acquisition Qualification Required: - Excellent in Written and Verbal Communication Skills - Knowledge of various sourcing and recruitment strategies, recruitment principles, processes, and best practices - Proficient in profile screening and behavioral interviews - Strong understanding of the IT and tech talent landscape, including roles in software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies within the BPO and gaming industries - Proficiency with Google applications (Sheets, Docs, etc.) - BS in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead or Officer, with at least 3 years in IT/technical recruitment You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure recruitment efforts align with the evolving needs of the business. Additionally, you will recommend and implement strategies to attract high-quality candidates and hires. Please note that benefits will be further discussed by the People and Culture team in India.,
