Were Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive BFSI/NBFC/FMCG Domain

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles across
BFSI/NBFC/FMCG domains
.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective hiring strategies.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Stay informed on current market hiring trends and salary benchmarks within the BFSI/NBFC industry.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1-4 years of proven experience in recruiting for BFSI/NBFC roles.
In-depth knowledge of job roles and hiring strategies in the financial sector.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
