  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Stay informed on current market hiring trends and salary benchmarks within the BFSI/NBFC industry.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1-4 years of proven experience in recruiting for BFSI/NBFC roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of job roles and hiring strategies in the financial sector.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
