Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech Hiring)

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at iamneo, you will play a crucial role in leading the strategic scouting and acquisition of tech trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs). Your responsibilities will include utilizing social media channels for direct sourcing, building a large pool of SMEs & Tech Trainers, and providing expert level understanding of talent needs for the business. You will be responsible for engaging and pipeline qualified candidates through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and proactively identifying new candidates for current and future positions. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize social media channels for maintaining high direct sourcing success and identifying new talent - Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate documentation - Collaborate in building a large pool of SMEs & Tech Trainers - Demonstrate expert level understanding of talent needs and act as a subject matter expert - Source, engage, and pipeline qualified candidates through various channels - Provide a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback - Offer meaningful market data to support client and recruiting needs - Proactively identify new candidates for current and future positions - Make initial contact with candidates, qualify motivations, salary expectations, and work location preferences Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in Technical Trainer Hiring (Full time, Part time, Freelancers, Contract to Hire model Hiring) - Proven experience in active talent sourcing and head-hunting - Confident communicator with strong command of English - Focused on accuracy with attention to detail - Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change Additional Details: iamneo, founded in 2016 and now part of the NIIT family, is a fast-growing B2B EdTech SaaS company revolutionizing how tech talent is upskilled, evaluated, and deployed.
