As an applicant for the position, you will be expected to have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and understanding the requirements received from internal clients. - Sourcing candidates through various methods such as sending mails, using job portals, organizing events at vendor locations, and referencing. - Posting advertisements and mass mailing on job portals based on skill requirements and locations. - Pre-screening and short-listing candidates for client interviews. - Scheduling candidates with clients and ensuring timely follow-up. - Keeping track of selected candidates" joining dates in the company. - Maintaining continuous communication with clients to confirm staffing plans and meet candidates" needs.
