Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Kochi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including identifying hiring needs, developing employer branding strategies, and conducting interviews. The specialist will also coordinate recruiting efforts, ensuring that the company's hiring goals are met efficiently and effectively.

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing processes
• Employer Branding skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the cooperative or financial sector is a plus
