Key Responsibilities:
Drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interviewing → onboarding
Leverage portals, LinkedIn, referrals & ATS for strong pipelinesPartner with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs
Support campus recruitment & employer branding initiatives
Requirements:
✔ 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment (FMCG mandatory)
✔ Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies & employment laws
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
