Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Work Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days-Alternate Saturday Off

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In

this role, you will play a critical part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the

company's current and future workforce needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to

develop recruiting strategies, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and promote our employer

brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening,

interviewing, and onboarding

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop job descriptions, and

create hiring plans

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with transparent and timely communication
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through employer branding initiatives
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve strategies
  • Develop and implement strategies for diversity and inclusion in hiring
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to streamline processes

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Freshteam) and sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn

Recruiter.
