Talent Acquisition Specialist- Bulk Hiring- Non IT

As a Recruitment Specialist at Aimlays, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting high-quality candidates across various departments. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and providing guidance on effective hiring strategies will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with hiring managers is crucial in this role to gain a thorough understanding of specific job requirements, team culture, and necessary skills for each position. Your input and support in the candidate evaluation process, including administering skills assessments and ensuring a fair and unbiased evaluation, will be instrumental in selecting the right candidates. Once suitable candidates are identified, you will extend job offers and assist with negotiations as required. Facilitating a seamless onboarding process for new hires to help them integrate smoothly into Aimlays culture will also fall under your purview.
