About the Role

Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding
Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring plans
Source candidates using job portals, social platforms, and market mapping
Maintain strong candidate experience and timely communication
Track hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes
Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives

Requirements

4 - 7 years of recruitment experience in consultant or shipping industry
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS/recruitment tools & LinkedIn sourcing
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple roles with timelines

Good to Have

Experience in maritime/logistics/technical hiring
Exposure to employer branding or campus hiring
