Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will manage employee records, support onboarding/offboarding, and assist in audits and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Build talent pipelines using job boards, referrals, and networks. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. - Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with company policies. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, EPF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. - Maintain employee records, manage leave, and support onboarding/offboarding. - Assist in audits and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, or 3+ years in HR operations. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. - Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,
