What would you be doing/ Expected from this role?

• Help support region in identifying regional hiring agencies/

vendors, job boards, NGOs, hiring platforms & lead

generation partners that can help build new talent pipelines

for our current open jobs

• Identifying hiring patterns across different regions and

timelines to understand and forecast future capabilities or

support that is required to enable our regional teams to hire

within the et TAT’s

• Working on consolidating regional recruitment data on a

monthly basis and creating custom quarterly reports to be

shared across to the HR head consistently.

• Ensuring compliance is met in the recruitment process across

the regional hiring and running quarterly audits on the same

Who are we looking for?

• 8 to 10 years of on ground experience in hiring and managing

recruitment teams in the white & blue-collar hiring space

• Excellent knowledge in the retail & ecommerce industry

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task

assignments within a structured implementation
