Experience: 11-20 years Location: Across India Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to lead and drive hiring initiatives across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent strategy, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership and niche roles. Implement innovative sourcing methods, including market mapping, headhunting, and employer branding. Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand hiring requirements. Manage external recruitment agencies and vendor partnerships to optimize hiring outcomes. Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience. Process Optimization & Compliance: Streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Leverage technology and data analytics to improve hiring decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide recruitment teams to enhance performance. Foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture. Key Requirements: 11-20 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in Healthcare. Proven experience in hiring senior and leadership positions. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment technology, and employer branding. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field. Experience with ATS and HR analytics tools.
