**PLS READ THE JOB POST BEFORE APPLYING** Designation : Manager - Onboarding Location : Airoli (Navi Mumbai) , Its is 100% WORK FROM OFFICE Shifts : 9 Hours between 10 am to 9 pm Weekends Off Profile Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to lead our Onboarding and Talent Mobility processes. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires and driving internal talent mobility initiatives that align with our company's goals for employee development and retention. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and experienced in managing both onboarding operations and talent development programs. Key Responsibilities : Onboarding: Oversee and manage the entire 90 days onboarding process, ensuring all new hires have a smooth transition into the company. Design and implement an engaging onboarding program that covers pre-boarding, orientation, training, and cultural integration. Work closely with hiring managers, HR, and other departments to ensure role-specific training and resources are delivered effectively. Track and analyze onboarding metrics (time-to-productivity, new hire retention, completion rates) to continuously improve the process. Lead initiatives to automate and enhance onboarding workflows using technology platforms. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements during the onboarding process. Talent Mobility: Develop and manage a robust internal talent mobility program, promoting career growth and development opportunities for employees within the organization. Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify key talent and ensure the availability of internal career pathways. Support internal candidates in navigating job opportunities and transitions within the company, offering guidance on skill development and role fit. Implement and track career progression programs, including lateral moves, promotions, and internal job postings (IJP). Lead initiatives that encourage employee development and facilitate internal moves to help retain top talent. Other Initiatives: Partner with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to align onboarding and talent mobility strategies with the companys talent management goals. Serve as a point of contact for new hires and internal candidates, addressing concerns, answering questions, and ensuring an excellent experience throughout their transition. Regularly analyze data from onboarding and talent mobility initiatives to generate reports for senior leadership. Provide insights on key metrics such as new hire performance, internal promotion rates, and talent retention to guide decision-making. Continuously assess and optimize onboarding and mobility programs based on feedback and outcomes. Ensure all initiatives are aligned with enhancing employee experience, satisfaction, and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle. Facilitate new hire feedback sessions and internal mobility surveys to identify areas for improvement and drive higher levels of employee satisfaction Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Masters preferred) is a must. 5+ years of experience in onboarding, talent management, or HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Role Prerequisites & Functional Competencies: Proven experience in managing onboarding processes and internal mobility programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple programs and processes simultaneously. Proficient in HRIS systems, onboarding platforms, and talent management software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management. Analytical mindset with a strong ability to use data to drive decision-making and program improvement. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices
