Roles and Responsibilities
  • Source top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Strong understanding of middle office operations within financial services industry.
  • 4-6 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using multiple channels such as social media, job boards, etc.
