JOB DESCRIPTION Recruiter MUMBAI About Casagrand : Casagrand Builders Pvt. Ltd., established in 2004, is a real estate enterprise committed to building aspirations and delivering value. With a strong presence in South India and expanding footprint in key metros like Mumbai, Casagrand has delivered over 40+ million sq. ft. of residential projects. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team and support our growing talent needs in the Mumbai region. Role Summary : We are looking for a talented and proactive Recruiter with a strong background in real estate hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our Mumbai operations. The ideal candidate must have 6-12 years of experience, including at least 6 years of recruitment experience in the real estate sector. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Handle full-cycle recruitment for roles across functions (Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Design, etc.) within the real estate domain. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and headhunting. Conduct preliminary screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures with quality hires. Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring performance and identify areas of improvement. Build and maintain a strong network of real estate professionals for future hiring needs. Stay updated with real estate industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Mumbai market. Required Qualifications and Experience : Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6-12 years of overall recruitment experience, with a minimum of 6 years in the real estate industry. Proven success in hiring for mid- to senior-level roles within real estate functions. Strong understanding of real estate industry structure, talent landscape, and skill requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and job portals.
