The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise in talent acquisition processes, market trends, and best practices. The Manager - Talent Acquisition Business Partner will also play a key role in building employer branding initiatives and fostering a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead end - to - end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes. Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires. Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices, market trends, and industry benchmarks. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Collaborate with cross - functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition.
