As a Talent Acquisition / Non-IT Recruitment professional, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding the recruitment team to ensure the timely and quality acquisition of talent aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, managing, and motivating a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. - Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques. - Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. - Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. - Ensuring compliance with hiring policies, company standards, and labor laws. - Conducting regular training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews for the recruitment team. - Managing relationships with external vendors and recruitment platforms. - Driving employer branding initiatives and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Non-IT roles. - Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and analytics. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. - Proven ability to manage a team and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Demonstrated success in strategic hiring and talent acquisition initiatives.
