Position: Talent Acquisition Lead (Hyderabad)

Role & Requirements:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across mid to senior technology roles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building high-performing teams, influencing hiring strategies, and contributing to the organizations growth through strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Tech Hiring:

- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for tech roles, primarily mid to senior levels.

- Ensure high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with business goals.

Strategic Hiring Partnership:

- Collaborate closely with business and functional leadership to understand workforce plans and forecast hiring needs.

- Serve as a strategic advisor on talent trends and hiring best practices.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets.

- Allocate resources effectively and review performance metrics to ensure delivery excellence.

Advanced Sourcing & Head Hunting:

- Leverage modern sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, Boolean searches) to proactively attract top tech talent.

- Execute headhunting strategies for niche and critical roles.

Market Research & Talent Mapping:

- Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of talent availability, competitor benchmarking, and compensation trends.

- Build and maintain talent maps for strategic workforce planning.

Employer Branding & DEI Hiring:

- Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing and HR teams.

- Champion inclusive hiring practices and support DEI goals across all functions.

Recruitment Analytics & MIS:

- Maintain and present dashboards and reports on key recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline strength, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).

- Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and operational efficiency.

ATS Management:

- Manage applicant tracking systems effectively to ensure a seamless candidate experience and recruiter productivity.

- Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and reporting via ATS platforms.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in recruitment, including at least 4 years in a leadership or team management capacity.

- Domain Expertise: Strong exposure to tech/product or IT services hiring, especially in the Hyderabad talent market.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.

- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder communication, people management, and negotiation skills.

- Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for building great teams
