Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Sourcing: Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media, professional networks, etc.). Also, build and maintain a strong candidate database for various school positions
  • Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.
  • Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and managing communication with applicants.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring stages.
  • Support Recruitment Campaigns: Provide administrative support to ongoing talent acquisition initiatives.
