Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Sourcing: Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media, professional networks, etc.). Also, build and maintain a strong candidate database for various school positions
Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.
Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and managing communication with applicants.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring stages.
Support Recruitment Campaigns: Provide administrative support to ongoing talent acquisition initiatives.
