Job Title: HR Intern Recruitment Location: Bhosari, Pune Duration: [2 months Full-time Internship] Start Date: Immediate joining About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an intern, you will get hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media. Screen resumes and applications based on job descriptions. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers. Draft job descriptions and post openings on various platforms. Support in employer branding activities like campus drives, hiring campaigns, etc. Handle basic communication with candidates regarding interview logistics and feedback. Assist the recruitment team in daily operations and reporting tasks. Who Can Apply: Fresh graduates or final-year students pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in making a career in HR, especially Recruitment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
