Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
  
• Coordinate interviews and maintain interview schedules
  
• Help in screening resumes and shortlisting profiles
  
• Update and maintain recruitment trackers and databases
  
• Follow up with candidates for documentation and joining formalities
  
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
  
• Work closely with HRBPs and recruiters to ensure smooth process flow
  

Who Can Apply

• Recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related fields
  
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent management
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Familiarity with MS Excel and LinkedIn; exposure to any ATS is a plus
  
• Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
