Talent Acquisition Expert ( target based )

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Expert (target-based). The individual will oversee the full-life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational objectives. Additional responsibilities include developing and promoting employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and meeting established recruitment targets. The candidate will also ensure an efficient and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Experience in Employer Branding to effectively represent and promote the organization
• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
• Proven expertise in Recruiting with the ability to meet targets efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in the education or ed-tech industry is a plus
