Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 24 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, while also actively managing campus hiring initiatives and organizing walk-in drives. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions Use various channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to source quality candidates Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth candidate experience Plan, organize, and execute walk-in interviews to meet bulk hiring requirements Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities for campus hiring drives Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through effective database management Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures of positions Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring status Required Skills: Proven experience in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and walk-in drives Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize effectively Proficient in using recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals High level of professionalism and proactive attitude
