About the Role

Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to

  understand role requirements

  and workforce plans.

• Source candidates

  through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
• Conduct

  screening calls, interviews

  , and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain and update the

  ATS / candidate database

  regularly.
• Create a

  strong candidate pipeline

  for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to

  recruitment marketing campaigns

  .
• Provide

  timely feedback and communication

  to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration

  , or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience

  in recruitment or talent acquisition (corporate or agency).
• Strong knowledge of

  sourcing techniques

  and social recruiting.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  ATS systems

  and

  MS Office tools

  .
• Ability to

  manage multiple roles

  and deliver results within deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience hiring for

• Exposure to
