Talent Acquisition Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Mangaluru. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, your primary responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and sourcing top talent for the organization through various platforms such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals. You will be conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a talent pool for future hiring needs. The ideal candidate for this role should possess effective communication and customer service skills, along with 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field. Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles is preferred, as well as strong analytical skills for market research and talent evaluation. Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are also required. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, and proficiency in English are essential for this position.
