Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with strong interpersonal skills to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals and social platforms
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time management skills
