We are looking Talent Acquisition Executives for at various levels for our Consultancy based in Gurgaon,Sohna Road. Experience- Fresher (Female Preferred) Work from Office Only. As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be at the heart of our recruitment process, responsible for sourcing, attracting & hiring top talent across various role. Talent Sourcing, Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and feedback. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on the selection process. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Engage in proactive talent pipelining for future hiring needs. Qualifications Master/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
