Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

  • Audits:

    Regulatory Audits, Internal Audits
  • Consulting:

    ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, RBI IT GRC, SEBI CSCRF, BCM, Maturity Model Assessments, Data Flow Analysis
  • Technical Services:

    VAPT, Secure Code Review, Secure Configuration Reviews, Threat Modelling, Cloud Configuration Reviews, Red Team Assessments
  • Platform-Enabled Services:

    Compliance Management, Managed VAPT, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

  • Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels including

    LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social platforms

  • Screen candidate profiles against defined role requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for

    critical and recurring roles

  • Roll out offers formally and coordinate offer acceptance
  • Engage closely with selected candidates to ensure smooth transitions until joining
  • Drive candidate engagement initiatives to enhance pre-hiring experience and improve joining ratios

Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the

    Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Track, monitor, and report sourcing activity, pipeline health, and hiring status
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers on candidate progress, onboarding timelines, and expected joinings
  • Support volume and project-based hiring initiatives as required

What You Bring

  • 25 years

    of hands-on experience in

    IT / Technical Recruitment

    , preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to engage both active and passive candidates
  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS platforms

    and pipeline management
  • Excellent coordination, organization, and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a

    candidate-first approach

  • Proficiency in

    Excel and PowerPoint

    for maintaining trackers, reports, and dashboards
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with flexibility to support evolving recruitment needs

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience hiring across technical roles such as

    cybersecurity, software development, cloud, data engineering, infrastructure

  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms including

    LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and major job portals

  • Experience working with

    ATS tools

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet hiring deadlines in a high-growth environment

  • Pipeline Strength:

    Maintain ready pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Sourcing Productivity:

    Number of relevant profiles sourced per role per week
  • Channel Effectiveness:

    Successful hires through diverse channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, niche platforms)
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Hiring Manager Satisfaction:

    Regular alignment and responsiveness to business needs
  • Communication Accuracy:

    Timely and clear updates on candidate status, interview outcomes, and joining timelines
  • Process & Data Excellence

  • ATS Hygiene:

    100% accuracy and timely updates of candidate data in the ATS
  • Reporting Discipline:

    Weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards shared with stakeholders

    Positive feedback from candidates on communication and hiring experience
