**Job Description:** You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing resumes aligned with the company's hiring needs using relevant keywords. Your role will involve screening and evaluating potential candidates through various sourcing channels to match job requirements. Additionally, you will maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking of candidate pipelines. - Verify candidate credentials, conduct background checks, and manage required documentation - Monitor the application process, keeping applicants informed and engaged at each stage - Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates during the selection process - Engage with potential candidates, providing guidance and counseling through IT-focused Knowledge Transfer Programs to support internal hiring initiatives **Qualifications and Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in any stream - Male candidates only **Skills Required:** - Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and basic internet research - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities - High energy, passion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment The compensation for this role is 1,80,000 per annum with attractive performance-based incentives.
