Talent Acquisition Associate Manager-IC Role

You are being hired by a TOP MNC for Talent identification (IT & Non IT) which involves talent acquisition, recruitment, end to end recruitment, offer letter generation, and sourcing. It is essential to have US/Canada Staffing experience for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in International Talent Acquisition, specifically in the US/Canada markets - Strong exposure in Bulk Hiring (1000 - 3000 hiring annually), Blue Collar Hiring, Client Management, Vendor Management, RPO or Contact Centre hiring - Proficiency in Employee Query Management and Global Contact Centre (GCC) operations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 11-16 years of relevant experience - Previous experience in Associate Manager (IC Role) with a salary range of 10LPA - 19LPA - Must be a Graduate or Postgraduate Additional Details: This role requires you to work in US night shifts from the office. You should possess RPO/Contact Centre experience, expertise in Bulk Hiring, Client Facing skills, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, and excellent communication skills.
