Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Talecaller role located in Noida. The Talecaller will be responsible for making calls to potential clients, promoting residential plot sales, and providing information about land development services. They will also handle customer inquiries and assist in customizing real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or sales roles
• Ability to understand and explain real estate concepts
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in languages spoken in the Noida region (Hindi, English, etc.)
• Knowledge of the real estate market and trends
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
