Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Tailor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and tailoring, with a strong background in garment alteration and construction.

Responsibilities

Measure clients for fittings and alterations
Cut fabric according to patterns and designs
Sew garments using sewing machines and hand-stitching techniques
Alter and repair garments as per client specifications
Maintain and organize sewing equipment and tools
Provide excellent customer service and advice on style and fit
Ensure timely completion of projects and meet deadlines

Skills and Qualifications

1-7 years of experience in tailoring or garment alteration
Proficient in using sewing machines and hand-stitching techniques
Strong understanding of fabric types and garment construction
Excellent measuring and fitting skills
Ability to work with various clothing styles and designs
Attention to detail and precision in work
Good communication and customer service skills
