As part of this team, We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Adobe Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Business Insights & Analytics team. This role focuses on driving end-to-end digital data strategies using the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Analytics , Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) , and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) . The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and product owners to deliver robust tracking solutions and actionable insights that power personalised digital experiences. Core Responsibilities Define, implement, and maintain scalable tagging strategies using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Data Collection (Launch) . Configure and manage data collection using Adobe Web SDK and Data Layer standardization practices. Leverage Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to monitor performance and analyze cross-channel user behavior . Partner with development and product teams to design robust data layer specifications aligned with business requirements. Debug and validate Adobe tags using tools like Adobe Experience Platform Debugger , browser DevTools , and custom QA scripts. Create comprehensive dashboards, segments, and calculated metrics in Adobe Analytics/CJA for key stakeholders. Ensure all tracking solutions adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Maintain documentation for tag management, data layer specifications, and implementation guidelines. Required Qualifications Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for digital performance reporting and insights. Hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) , especially in Real-Time Customer Profile and schema configuration. Proficiency in Adobe Data Collection (Launch) and Web SDK implementation, including rule configuration and extensions. Strong understanding of JavaScript , browser debugging, and custom code implementation within the Adobe ecosystem. Experience creating or managing structured data layers aligned with digital analytics best practices. Familiarity with privacy-compliant tracking and governance (GDPR, HIPAA). Good-to-Have / Preferred Experience Experience with Adobe Target for A/B testing and personalization. Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and understanding how content structure affects analytics. Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and its connection to journey orchestration and event-based triggers. Knowledge of server-side tagging concepts and use of edge-based data collection. Working experience with non-Adobe platforms like Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics is a plus but not mandatory. Understanding of CDP integration , audience segmentation, and real-time event forwarding . Skills & Competencies Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with a passion for building scalable and future-ready analytics systems . Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Education & Experience Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science , Data Science, Analytics, or related field preferred. 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud tools in digital analytics roles.
