Job Responsibilities:

Work in a highly dynamic
Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
environment with strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Quickly determine problems and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Manage and clear assigned support cases before shift end.
Assist customers with
Netskope products and services
.
Update ZD with case updates, set SLAs, and drive cases to timely closure.
Take ownership of problem resolution, reproduction, and escalation when required.
Escalate cases to L2 team with proper documentation.

Technical Skills:

Strong fundamentals in
core networking
(TCP/IP protocol suite, OSI model).
Hands-on expertise in
network security technologies
: Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO.
Familiarity with
DLP and encryption gateways
.
Knowledge of security concepts: firewalls, access/perimeter control, intrusion detection, vulnerability management.
Proficient in troubleshooting tools/utilities like
Wireshark, TCPDump, HAR captures, ping, traceroute, ns lookup, netstat
.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
International support experience preferred.

Desired Profile:

3+ years of TAC experience in
Firewall and SASE domains
.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
network security
.
Background in IT/ITES with network security domain expertise.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent certifications.
Ability to thrive in challenging and fast-paced work environments.
Consistently achieve business goals within short time frames.
