We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst with strong hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and endpoint management. The role involves Tier-3 support, infrastructure optimization, and supporting business-critical systems across on-prem and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier-3 support across network, server, desktop, and cloud environments
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, routing & switching
Administer Datto for backup, DR, and business continuity
Manage endpoints using Ivanti and Microsoft Intune
Support Windows Server/Linux systems, VMware & Hyper-V environments
Maintain enterprise storage (Pure Storage, Dell Compellent, SAN/NAS)
Administer AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM) and Azure (VNets, Azure AD, IaaS/PaaS)
Perform desktop OS imaging, patching, and lifecycle management
Participate in migrations, upgrades, DR testing, and cloud initiatives
Maintain documentation and ensure security compliance

Required Skills:

Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls
Datto (Backup, DRaaS)
Ivanti (Endpoint management, patching)
Microsoft Intune (Device & policy management)
Windows Server / Linux
VMware / Hyper-V
AWS & Azure cloud administration
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems roles
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-handling skills
