Job Description

As a Taboola Ads Executive with hands-on experience in Taboola and a strong track record of running high-ROI real estate campaigns, your primary responsibility will be managing native traffic and generating quality leads through powerful content-driven advertising funnels. You will be tasked with planning, executing, and scaling native ad campaigns on Taboola specifically for real estate clients. Your role will involve building high-converting native funnels such as landing pages and pre-sell pages that attract serious buyer/renter intent. It will be crucial to optimize creatives, headlines, thumbnails, and placements to drive click-through rates and quality conversions. In addition, you will need to use precise geo-targeting, interest layering, and audience exclusions for sharper targeting. Monitoring campaign performance through the Taboola dashboard, Google Analytics, and CRM tools will be essential. Conducting A/B tests on ad variations and lead forms to improve cost-per-lead (CPL) and lead quality will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with copywriters and designers to develop ad angles suited to different types of real estate projects (luxury, mid-segment, commercial, etc.) will be required. Ensuring that campaigns meet compliance, policy guidelines, and brand tonality will be essential to your role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 3 years of native ads experience with proven performance in real estate campaigns. A deep understanding of the buyer journey in Indian real estate, particularly from awareness to booking, will be crucial. Proficiency in platform metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS is necessary. Familiarity with Taboola pixel setup, event tracking, and retargeting flows is also required. You should possess a strong creative sense and know what kind of creatives and content drive action in the real estate niche. A results-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams are essential. Previous experience running native ads for builder floors, township projects, or commercial realty will be advantageous. Experience working with a digital agency or developer group is preferred.
