Tableau Reporting Developer

As a Visualization Expert in Tableau with Redshift/AWS and other Analytics Technologies at Schneider Electric, your role will involve accelerating the Big Data and Analytics environment. You will contribute to enhancing, automating, and accelerating the implementation of master data management, adoption of big data platforms, data excellence, data security, and business intelligence and analytics. This will help derive insights for strategic decisions across corporate functions. Working in a global work culture, you will collaborate with different business units of Schneider Electric, alongside team members distributed between Paris, Grenoble, Bangalore, and Barcelona. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and deliver Analytics solutions integrated with the corporate Data Platform for yourself and a team of developers - Perform data analysis, design Analytics Dashboards architecture, and deliver in alignment with Global Platform standards - Interact with customers to understand their business problems and provide best-in-class analytics solutions - Understand data governance, quality, and security, and integrate analytics with corporate platforms - Design best-in-class visualization for customers using UX/UI global functions - Demonstrate strength in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing - Utilize SQL and Query performance tuning skills - Develop solutions using Tableau to meet enterprise-level requirements - Work on building/operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing - Utilize ETL, Tableau, SQL, and Advanced Excel - Lead large-scale data warehousing and analytics projects using AWS technologies like Redshift, Athena, S3, EC2 - Build medium to complex interactive dashboards using different data sources in Tableau - Identify data issues and anomalies during analysis - Apply strong analytical & problem-solving skills - Demonstrate strong verbal and business communication skills **Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Electronics, or relevant technical certification - 7 years of experience in Analytics Development on Tableau, ClickSense, Thotspot, and other analytics products - 2 years of experience in Tableau Architecture & Designing (mandatory for lead role) - Minimum 1 year of working experience with Tableau using Redshift/AWS (preferred) and data modeling skills - Certification on Tableau - Finance, Opportunity, Sales, and Marketing domain knowledge is an added advantage At Schneider Electric, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with diverse teams across the globe.
