In the role of a Manager, Data Products at Kenvue, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development and implementation of data-driven products leveraging digital, artificial intelligence, and analytics technologies. Working in close collaboration with multifunctional teams comprising data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, you will be tasked with defining the vision, strategy, and execution of these innovative products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to establish the vision, goals, and roadmap for digital, data, and AI products that align with overarching business objectives. By engaging with various business units, you will decipher their requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications. Overseeing data collection, storage, and preprocessing processes will be essential to ensure data quality and availability for training and model deployment. You will work hand in hand with data scientists and machine learning engineers to conceptualize, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive the AI data products. The ideal candidate for this role would possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or a Master's degree, or a PhD along with 5 years of experience in areas such as Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics. Additionally, 3+ years of experience in the CPG/Retail industry with a sound understanding of business and data domains related to Customer, Product, Consumer, and Finance is preferred. Proven experience in product management or product ownership, particularly in the realm of data-driven products like data platforms and AI technologies, is highly desirable. Familiarity with machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model deployment is advantageous. Strong project management skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential qualities. Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and data-driven decision-making is crucial. Effective communication and presentation skills to convey intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are required. An understanding of data privacy and security considerations in AI product development is important. Experience with Agile development methodologies is beneficial. Proficiency in Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, Business Glossary, Python, and SQL is preferred. Candidates from the Retail or CPG industry would be given preference.
