Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Tableau Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and data modeling, with a solid understanding of data visualization best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop, publish, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and reports. Analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards. Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability. Manage Tableau Server environment, including user access and report governance. Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions. Perform detailed data validation and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables. Document technical requirements, data flows, and dashboard logic. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers when required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets. In-depth understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design. Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Tableau certification (e.g., Desktop Certified Associate / Server Certified). Experience with Tableau Prep for data transformation. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, R) for data analysis is a plus. Experience with other BI tools like Power BI or Qlik is a bonus.
