As a Systrack Admin, you will be responsible for automating repetitive tasks/activities in the End User Computing space. Your key responsibilities will include: - Targeted Automated Remediation (Self-Healing) of PC Issues - Proactive PC Health Monitoring & Troubleshooting - Reduction of PC downtime - Reporting on project status, performance, trend analysis - Implementation plan and Solution deployment - Handover to BAU operations team - Creation and configuration of Systrack Tenant (cloud), preparation of Systrack packages, integration with ServiceNOW, designing use cases, creating dashboards, deployment of packages, troubleshooting - Integrating SysTrack with Azure AD, Intune, and ServiceNow - Using the SysTrack dashboard to provide analytical results - Proactively monitoring alarms and alerts from SysTrack - Managing end user services by monitoring SysTrack - Monitoring the SysTrack portal daily to identify any small to major issues and check the impacts - Designing and Implementing SysTrack Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong skills in End User Computing related technologies such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, OS, etc - Systrack Lakeside Admin knowledge and preferably certification - Presentation skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.
