Job Description

You will be providing support during off hours and weekends based on the requirement. You should be flexible and ready to work in a 24*7 shift pattern. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively identifying and standardizing client environment by setting up standards on OS drives, Memory & CPU through creating a micro plan and implementing them following the complete change process. - Installing, configuring, tuning, maintaining, and monitoring Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 Enterprise servers. - Proficiency in handling Microsoft (MS) Clustering issues. - Administering Windows, VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud operations. - Managing IIS administration and Certificate management. - Demonstrating thorough knowledge of Print Server management role. - Providing Windows server administration within an Active Directory environment. - Using monitoring tools to oversee multiple Wintel systems operating within a defined support operations area. - Troubleshooting Wintel systems with remote technology such as iDRAC and RDP. - Collaborating with clients to develop, implement, and review customer relations service improvement programs. - Implementing core business processes and assisting the client with process improvement initiatives. - Analyzing, logging, tracking, and resolving complex issues related to networking connectivity issues, printers, Windows servers, and applications. - Coordinating hardware and software installations, as well as upgrades. - Isolating and diagnosing common Wintel system problems and documenting system events to ensure continuous functioning. - Coordinating and monitoring troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and configuration of Wintel (Windows / VMware) system files and services. Additionally, you will be required to work collaboratively with the team and clients to ensure efficient functioning and improvement in service delivery.
