As a dedicated support professional, you will be responsible for providing assistance during off-hours and weekends as required. You must be flexible and prepared to work in a 24*7 shift pattern to ensure continuous support for our clients. Your main focus will be on proactively identifying opportunities to standardize the client environment. This involves setting up standards for OS drives, memory, and CPU by creating a detailed micro plan and implementing them following the complete change process. You will be tasked with installing, configuring, tuning, maintaining, and monitoring Windows servers across multiple versions (2003/2008/2012/2016/2019/2022). Your expertise in Microsoft clustering will be crucial in addressing any related issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering various systems including Windows, VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud operations. Your duties will also involve IIS administration, certificate management, and Print Server management. Within an Active Directory environment, you will provide comprehensive Windows server administration services. Using monitoring tools, you will oversee multiple Wintel systems within a defined support operations area. Troubleshooting Wintel systems remotely will be a key aspect of your role, utilizing technologies such as iDRAC and RDP. Collaborating with clients, you will help develop, implement, and review customer service improvement programs. You will play a crucial role in implementing core business processes and supporting the client in process improvement initiatives. Analyzing, logging, tracking, and resolving complex issues related to networking connectivity, printers, Windows servers, and applications will be part of your daily tasks. Coordinating hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities will also be within your responsibilities. You will need to isolate and diagnose common Wintel system problems while ensuring continuous system functionality through proper documentation. Overall, your role will involve coordinating and monitoring the troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and configuration of Wintel system files and services, ensuring a seamless operation for our clients.,
