Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Administer and manage Nagios monitoring systems.
Configure monitoring for servers, applications, and network devices in Nagios.
Manage Nagios Syslog and ensure proper logging and alerting for critical events.
Perform regular updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Nagios monitoring systems.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective monitoring coverage and alert response.
Optimize Nagios configurations to improve monitoring efficiency and reduce false alerts.
Document Nagios configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance.

Job Requirements:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Nagios administration.
Strong knowledge of monitoring configuration and alerting in Nagios.
Experience in Nagios Syslog management.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
